Michel Brunet exerce le droit commercial et des sociétés au bureau de Montréal de Dentons Canada S.E.N.C.R.L. Il a occupé le poste d’associé directeur du bureau de Montréal de Fraser Milner Casgrain (FMC) et a siégé au Conseil national du cabinet. Il a aussi été chef de la direction de FMC, un des cabinets fondateurs de Dentons, et il en a été le président (Chair) de 2005 à 2017.

Ancienne boursière de la Fondation, Marine Hadengue est présidente-directrice générale de la Fondation Arbour.
Elle est également PDG de la Higher Education for Good Foundation, une organisation basée en Suisse qui se spécialise dans l’ide aux établissements d’enseignement supérieur pour transformer leurs programmes afin de répondre aux besoins du milieu du 21e siècle. Ainsi, Marine dirige Youth Talks, une initiative révolutionnaire qui marque la toute première consultation mondiale posant des questions ouvertes aux jeunes et utilisant des outils d’IA avancés. Ingénieur de formation, Marine est titulaire d’un doctorat en gestion de l’innovation de l’École polytechnique de Montréal et siège au conseil consultatif international de la Société Peter Drucker.

Most of her career has been spent in the world of communications and philanthropy. A graduate of the Université de Montréal and HEC Montréal, she was President of the Parents Association of Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf and a member of its Board of Directors. Later, she was entrusted with the reins of the Polytechnique Foundation as President and Chief Executive Officer. Her mandate was to raise $100 million for Polytechnique as part of the Campus Montreal campaign. The goal was exceeded with $111 million collected. She decided at the end of the campaign, in October 2017, to leave and continue to devote herself to other causes that are dear to her. She is the Secretary of the Board for the Fondation des Artistes.

Mr. Monette graduated magna cum laude as a chemical engineer from Polytechnique Montréal and received a diploma in advanced management from Harvard University. He was President and CEO of Johnson & Johnson France, then became President and CEO of Janssen Pharmaceutical in Toronto. He has acted as President of the governance committee at the R.E. Fund of Fonds de Solidarité des Travailleurs du Québec (FSTQ) and served as a member of the board of several institutions including Investissement-Québec and the Real Estate Fund of the FSTQ. He has served as a member of the investment committee of several institutions including the New Economy of the FSTQ and Amorchem, an institutional Life Science investment fund.
